Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Solution Engineer to join our team. This role involves implementing customized PAS-X, Infor, CMF, and TULIP solutions, bridging the gap between our clients' operational requirements and our technical capabilities. You will translate business needs into technical solutions that improve client productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing MES applications that meet client specifications
• Help translate business requirements into technical plans that integrate with client operations
• Develop interfaces and modules for MES platforms, focusing on functionality and user experience
• Participate in system integration and functional testing to ensure reliability and performance
• Provide support and technical guidance during MES solution implementation
• Document technical processes and contribute to user manual creation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain system integrity and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to build expertise in MES solutions and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in system development, preferably with no-code/low-code platforms
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their integration with ERP, IoT, and Level 2 systems
• Experience with programming languages such as .NET, Angular, and SQL
• Understanding of database design, data modeling, and enterprise solution integration
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, data management, and quality control
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Good communication skills, able to bridge technical and business domains
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (FDA regulations, GAMP 5)
• Familiarity with TULIP's no-code platform and its capabilities
