Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking an MES Manager to lead manufacturing execution system design, deployment, and continuous improvement across multiple plants. The role requires strong technical leadership, business understanding, and experience driving MES governance and performance optimization.

You will oversee MES operations, coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, ERP, and IT teams, and manage system enhancements and project delivery to ensure stable production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Systems / MES environments.
• Experience with SQL usage and DBA-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business and manufacturing requirements to define MES solutions.
• Oversee system design, configuration, and customization of MES applications.
• Ensure validation, testing, and readiness of MES before production deployment.
• Lead MES implementation and deployment across plants.
• Manage integration between MES and ERP, SCADA, PLC, and automation systems.
• Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
• Own MES system performance, availability, and operational stability.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and security improvements.
• Govern system lifecycle and change management processes.
• Serve as Program Manager for MES across multiple plants.
