Eli Lilly and Company in Kenosha, Wisconsin, seeks an MES Technical Lead to design, implement, and maintain MES that connect production with business systems, improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and compliance across a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply GMP and FDA knowledge, and drive continuous improvement in a highly automated environment, on site in Kenosha, helping ensure data integrity and reliable operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in software/CS/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years with MES technologies such as Rockwell Pharma Suite, Emerson Syncade, Siemens Camstar or Werum PAS-X.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and SQL.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
