Job summary

Lilly is building a Kenosha, Wisconsin MES site and seeks an experienced MES Technical Lead to design, develop, implement, and maintain MES software linking production with business systems to improve efficiency and quality.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure GMP compliance, stay current with MES technologies, and mentor engineers while delivering reliable, scalable solutions for parenteral manufacturing, device assembly, and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a software-related field.
• 10+ years with MES technologies such as Rockwell Pharma Suite, Emerson Syncade, Siemens Camstar or Werum PAS-X.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and SQL.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of MES software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and data integrity.
• Ensure MES compliance with GMP, FDA, and Lilly policies.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain MES to ensure reliability and data accuracy.
• Stay current with emerging MES technologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor technical team members and foster global IT collaboration.
