Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end MES and Industry 4.0 programs.
• Techno-Functional SME in Manufacturing Operations Management.
• Experience with MES integrations (OPC, Historian, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for business and IT VPs for the engagement.
• Review program charter, operating model, RACI and governance calendar against scope.
• Review baseline and track KPIs and delivery metrics across engagements.
• Drive AI adoption across programs to improve team productivity.
