Job summary

Centraprise is seeking a senior program leader with deep MES and Industry 4.0 expertise to drive end-to-end transformation programs. The role covers due diligence, requirements, product selection, development, pilots, and broad rollouts across manufacturing and warehouse operations.

You will architect NexGen MOM solutions, integrate OT with ERP, lead a large delivery team, and push AI-enabled use cases. Collaboration with critical customer stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPG domain, shop floor, and understanding of manufacturing and warehouse processes from inbound to outbound.
• Experience leading end-to-end MES and Industry 4.0 transformation programs from due diligence to value realization.
• Techno-functional SME in Manufacturing Operations Management (Production, Quality, Inventory, Maintenance, Energy).
• Hands-on experience architecting NexGen MOM solutions with OT & Enterprise, Edge + Cloud.
• Hands-on MES experience (GE Proficy MES) with SQL, Historian, OPC, and ERP integrations, plus AI-enabled use cases.
• Proven track record building, mentoring, and scaling MES delivery teams (min. 200 people).
• Thought leadership on Industry trends and growth mindset to solve business challenges.
• Program execution using Waterfall, Agile SAFe + stage gate, Azure DevOps, and DevOps CI/CD.
• Budget & SOW management, invoices, change orders, and resource tracking.
• Single point of contact for customer executives for program delivery.
• Review program charter, operating model, RACI, and governance calendars against scope.
• Track KPIs and delivery metrics; enforce milestones and delivery rigor.
• Run weekly/monthly governance (RAID, KPI, benefits tracking).
• Coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver solutions; drive AI adoption across MOM apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES and Industry 4.0 programs from due diligence through value realization.
• Architect NexGen MOM solutions integrating MES with OT, ERP, edge, and cloud.
• Build and mentor large MES delivery teams (min. 200 people).
• Drive AI adoption across MOM programs to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Manage a $20M portfolio and collaborate with sales to create pipeline and deliver programs.
• Govern programs with RAID, KPIs, governance calendars, and milestone reviews.
