Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in information technology, engineering, business support or related areas.
• Experience working with a MES in GMP setting (e.g. PharmaSuite).
• Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and IT subject matter experts, understanding and speaking the language of both.
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes and translate into IT requirements for MES.
• Support and deploy MES applications to meet business needs.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, or quality requirements are complied with.
• Collaborate with Global next generation MES team and third parties during validation.
• Lead delivery and support of digital solutions from the site perspective.
• Manage site agenda and workload to ensure timely delivery.
