Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Concord, NC seeks a Systems Engineer (R2-R4) to implement the next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will align site milestones and serve as the primary contact between teams, defining and executing an integrated deployment plan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and at least 1 year of MES implementation and project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience with MES implementation in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience with project management in manufacturing/pharma settings.
  • Experience validating computer systems and generating testing artifacts for MES is preferred.
  • Experience developing formal training guides for business users.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of manufacturing sites’ strategic milestones and serve as the point of contact between teams.
  • Define and execute an integrated deployment plan for MES.
  • Ensure implementations adhere to global standards while aligning with other digital initiatives.
  • Implement support models for manufacturing sites in collaboration with site/global leaders.
