Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks an MES Engineer to design, implement, and manage MES solutions in Drug Product manufacturing. You will translate processes into robust MES workflows, ensure GDP and GxP compliance, and integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, and automation systems.

You will develop reusable templates, conduct impact analyses, and support data visualization and reporting to enable informed operational decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience with MES systems, preferably in Drug Product manufacturing.
• Exposure to Tempo, Syncade, or equivalent MES platforms; familiarity with GxP, GAMP, CSV.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and configuration of Tempo MES solutions with eBRs.
• Develop modular, scalable ISA 88/95 MES templates.
• Perform impact assessments for recipe changes and system updates.
• Gather user requirements and define functional specifications for MES functionalities.
• Assist in recipe design and authoring eBRs following ISA 88/95 standards.
• Support integration of MES with ERP, LIMS, and automation platforms using OPC or REST APIs.
• Develop data visualization tools and reporting dashboards for operations.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for MES users and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in validation activities for MES implementations and maintenance.
