Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an MES Engineer to design, implement, and manage Manufacturing Execution Solutions in a drug product setting. You will translate manufacturing processes into robust MES, ensure GxP compliance, and integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities include creating modular MES templates, performing impact analyses on recipe changes, and developing dashboards for operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with MES systems and drug product manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP, GAMP, and CSV concepts; exposure to Tempo or Syncade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and configuration of Tempo MES solutions, including electronic batch records (eBRs).
• Contribute to modular, scalable MES recipe templates based on ISA 88/95 standards.
• Perform impact assessments for recipe changes and system updates with GxP adherence.
• Gather user requirements and define functional specifications for MES functionalities.
• Develop data visualization tools and reporting dashboards to support operations.
