Job summary

MSD Malaysia seeks a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Specialist to lead and support the deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of our MES platform. You will collaborate with Digital Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and Operations to ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and global processes.

Key focus areas include MES access control, MES lifecycle actions, and site MES upgrades, while maintaining Master Batch Records and training alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical field, or high school diploma with MES PAS-X admin experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with MES deployments and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate MES access and user management procedures and testing.
• Support MES deployments and lifecycle actions to ensure compliance and control.
• Provide MES support to operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
