Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing automation or MES in regulated environments.
• 3–5 years in leadership managing technical teams.
• Experience leading strategy and roadmaps for MES projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site MES master plan.
• Provide leadership and development of the MES and DHS team.
• Manage site MES resource plan and project prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor MES/DHS operations to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain data integrity.
