Job summary

Infor is seeking a Project Consulting Manager to lead end-to-end MES implementations for manufacturing customers. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes and risk mitigation. The role involves guiding teams, coordinating resources, and engaging customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel globally ~10% or more and mentor junior consultants on MES technologies, processes, and best practices within a consulting services framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MES project delivery from planning through go-live.
• Experience managing a consulting or professional services team.
• Experience with MES delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience coordinating resources across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES implementations for manufacturing customers.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables for projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress against plans and milestones.
• Conduct on-site or remote project activities including design workshops.
• Review time tracking and support accurate client invoicing.
• Engage with customers to manage expectations and outcomes.
• Guide junior consultants on MES technologies and processes.
