Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced AVEVA MES specialist in the United States (Illinois) to lead development, deployment and support of AVEVA MES core modules and CMES. You will map functional requirements to MES modules, work with OPC/PLC/SCADA integration, and leverage SQL/C#/.NET in a complex MES environment.

The role covers system platform readiness, historian integration, and MES environment setup, with focus on operation, performance and quality modules.

Qualifications

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES core modules and CMES.
• Experience on at least one MES full lifecycle project using Aveva MES.
• Experience with AVEVA/Wonderware software including Performance, Operations and Quality modules, AVEVA System Platform, Work Tasks (Skelta BPM), AVEVA MDM.
• Experience with MES environment setup and platform readiness.
• Functional understanding of MES modules: operation, performance, and quality.
• Experience with Aveva System Platform, Wonderware/Aveva Historian, and Object Linking Server.
• KNOWLEDGE of ISA-95, ISA-88 and MESA standards.
• Ability to map functional requirements to MES modules.
• Understanding of OPC, PLCs, SCADA, and integration methods.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting and queries.
• Industrial automation & networking is a plus.
• Microsoft SQL Server, database design, optimized query/view design.
• Experience with C# and .NET development environment.

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES core modules and CMES.
• Experience with the following AVEVA / Wonderware software is a big plus: AVEVA MES Modules - Performance, Operations and Quality AVEVA System Platform AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM) AVEVA MDM * Experience as a developer at least on one MES full lifecycle project on Aveva MES.
• Software Development, Implementation and Support experience on Aveva Wonderware MES, especially Operation, Quality and Performance modules.
• Experience with MES environment setup and platform readiness.
• Functional understanding of MES module, operation, performance, and Quality.
• Experience on Aveva System Platform, Wonderware/Aveva Historian, Object integration server
• Knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88 and MESA standards.
• Brief understanding of different functionalities covered in Aveva MES and able to map the functional requirements in MES modules.
• Understands the controls and automation technologies, OPC, PLCs, SCADA, and integration methods.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting and Query.
• Industrial Automation & Networking is a plus.

Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 a year
