Job description

You’d sit inside live diligence projects for private equity and financial sponsor transactions with two practice leaders: running information requests, building exposure schedules and benefits cost models, reconciling to financial statements, and drafting reports the deal team depends on to evaluate risk. Roughly 50% P&C, 50% benefits, so you build depth in both disciplines.

We're looking for two to four years in insurance, benefits, M&A, or project management, strong writing skills, and someone who automates any task they’ve done the same way three times.

Remote, with hybrid options in Scottsdale, AZ, or Cincinnati, OH. Real path to owning workstreams and leading engagements.
