M&A Associate – Flagship Renewable Energy Fund

Location: NY

A leading global infrastructure investment platform is seeking a highly motivated M&A Associate to join its U.S. investment team. The firm manages one of the largest dedicated greenfield energy transition funds in the world and is expanding its presence across North America.

About the Fund:

The flagship fund primarily targets greenfield renewable energy infrastructure investments, with a focus on:

• Offshore wind
• Onshore wind
• Utility-scale solar PV
• Battery storage
• Power-to-X (PtX) / Green hydrogen

The team plays an active role in originating, structuring, and executing investments across the full development life cycle — from early-stage platform formation through to financial close and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of transaction execution, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and internal investment committee presentations
• Work closely with senior team members on deal sourcing and structuring of complex renewable energy transactions
• Interface with external advisors, developers, and co-investors across legal, technical, tax, and commercial workstreams
• Monitor market developments and maintain investment pipeline analyses

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure/energy corporate development
