Job Overview

One of our Client is Seeking Corporate Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions to join its Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of corporate law experience, with a strong background in M&A and general corporate and commercial matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions on sophisticated corporate transactions in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with and manage mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
  • Lead legal due diligence teams and coordinate transaction specialists.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and corporate documents.
  • Advise clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, specialists, and opposing counsel throughout transactions.
  • Manage multiple assignments and transactions with minimal supervision.
