We are seeking a mid-level M&A Associate with 4–7 years PQE to join a dynamic team focusing on shareholder activism defense. The ideal candidate will have experience in public company M&A, corporate governance, Delaware law, and securities law, with hands-on exposure advising public companies in shareholder activism and takeover defense.

Who You Are

• 4–7 years of M&A or corporate governance experience at a leading law firm
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $310,000–$420,000 (DOE)
