This role involves facilitating the integration of new partners and ensuring high-quality client service. You will support planning activities, monitor client service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee satisfaction during transitions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience required.
• Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of business integration.
• Deliver exceptional client service in line with operational standards.
• Act as a liaison between acquired entities and AJG teams.
• Monitor and resolve client service issues during the integration phase.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
