Job summary

Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI is hiring for a warehouse associate to support Receiving, Boxing, Shipping and Returned Goods. You will handle material movements, packaging and help keep inventory organized on a first shift (5:30am–2:00pm or 6:30am–3:00pm).

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 0–2 years of experience, forklift experience and the ability to learn new computer programs. CDL may be required per role.

  • Process forms and documents for the receipt, storage and shipping of product.
  • Assures timely and accurate shipments of the company's products.
  • Inspects and ensures all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Pick up and delivery of Material to other Mercury Plants and Suppliers within the area.

Position Overview

As part of the talented Racing Materials team, you will provide support for the following production areas: Receiving, Boxing, Shipping and Returned Goods. Responsible for physical product movements, transactions, packaging of goods, and organization of material.

Essential Functions
  • Performs receiving, shipping and material storage functions
  • Answers inquiries about the status of shipments
  • Assigns storage locations for products, supplies and material

Working Conditions
  • 1st shift – Hours are 5:30am – 2pm or 6:30am – 3pm
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.

  • Mostly Indoor work, may require some outside work as necessary

The hiring range for this position is $47,000 - $65,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
