Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of terminal, Visa/Mastercard products, and payment processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with various teams to identify merchant services opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and follow up on activities.
• Support growth of the Bank's merchant services portfolio.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve issues.
