Peoples Bank in Worthington, OH is seeking a Commercial Banking Payments Specialist to support commercial clients with payment and receivables solutions, emphasizing merchant services and card processing. You will partner with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Business Banking, and Retail Banking teams to identify client needs and drive revenue through merchant processing relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of banking, treasury management, payments, or merchant processing experience.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and business development.
• Experience working with commercial clients and business payment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of merchant services, card processing, payment acceptance technologies, and related industry practices.
• CPP or similar industry certification.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, etc.

Mansioni

• Sales & Business Development: Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers to identify payment opportunities.
• Conduct client discovery to understand current payment methods and objectives.
• Present merchant processing solutions (in-person, online, mobile, recurring, integrated).
• Generate new revenue through prospecting and existing portfolio expansion.
• Support RFPs and pricing opportunities; maintain sales pipeline.
• Client Consultation & Relationship Management: advise on payment strategies and technologies.
• Coordinate onboarding of new merchant relationships; conduct regular reviews.
• Educate clients on payment security, fraud mitigation, and trends.
