Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals team is expanding beyond restaurants into grocery, convenience, and retail, building tools and strategies to help merchants grow on the platform. You will own cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering and sales, ensuring merchant priorities are articulated, documented, and prioritized to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business or product operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Natural coalition-builder who aligns teams around a shared goal.
• Able to size problems and justify investments with data and clear narratives.
• Experience working with data (SQL, spreadsheets) to model impact and track performance.
• Experience in product operations: writing business cases, defining success metrics, scoping from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional alignment across merchant growth, experience and tooling initiatives across multiple teams and partners.
• Frame growth investments as wins for merchants, consumers, and DoorDash with quantified upside.
• Scope net-new and under-optimized capabilities and build crawl/walk/run plans that earn prioritization.
• Bridge the gap between merchant needs and product, sales, support, and operations teams across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt.
• Shape launch sequencing and communication to create durable value for merchants and customers.
