Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service through the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale).

Required experience includes retail or merchandising, read/write/count proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
Basic computer skills are needed.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

Own and execute planograms and resets in a timely manner.
Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Managers’ Specials.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
Maintain safety and provide a productive work environment.
