Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service in-store. You will interact with customers and team members, handling planograms, resets, and merchandising with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have retail/merchandising experience, be 18+, and able to read, write and count accurately. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Preferred knowledge includes strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
