Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of finish-to-start tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and supporting merchandise presentation.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and the ability to read, write and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
