Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and adhering to safety and store standards. This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
