American Eagle Outfitters seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Lake Jackson, TX. You will be the Store Team Leader’s go-to person for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and replenishment.

You will represent our values and bring your real self to work daily. You will drive sales as a Leader on Duty, coach associates, recruit and train talent, and maintain guest-ready floors

Qualifications

• Prior retail store leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and train associates to meet brand standards.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and performance feedback skills.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and store safety basics.

Responsibilities

• As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment while upholding AEO brand standards.
• Motivate and inspire your team to rock customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent and train/develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and conduct development plans and reviews.
• Maintain store safety standards and asset protection, adhering to company policies.
