Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Walnut Creek store.

You will partner with the Store Team Leader to develop merchandising strategy and ensure brand Visual standards are met daily, including floorset execution and guest-ready replenishment. You will train and coach your team to become strong merchants, lead by example on service excellence, manage performance, and uphold store safety and policy standards while driving store KPIs and guest

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and leadership ability.
• Ability to train and coach teams to meet Visual standards.
• Strong business acumen with focus on KPIs and floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to meet brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection while adhering to policies.
