Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering customer-focused merchandising, effective pricing and recovery on the sales floor. You will coach, develop and supervise staff while upholding Kohl's merchandising processes and brand standards.

You will maintain a well-presented selling floor, manage stock levels through remerchandising, and collaborate with the Operations team for smooth product flow.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years retail supervisory or leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual direction and adapt as needed in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Replenish and remerchandise based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities with accurate ticketing and sign changes.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandise intake and efficient execution.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate customer service mindset and resolve issues.
• Open/close store processes as a key holder and guide associates.
