Job summary

Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a team-oriented associate to provide member service, assist with purchasing decisions, and maintain sales floor standards. You will help members with self-service technology, stock shelves, and support daily club operations.

You will also assist management in supervising associates, coaching, and promoting company policies while ensuring a positive shopping experience for members and effective handling of pickup orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs.
• Assist with self-service technology guidance and purchasing decisions.
• Organize and stock merchandise; maintain sales floor and displays.
• Mentor and coach associates; supervise daily operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote Walmart/Sam's Club products, services, and Open Door Policy.
• Oversee club pickup orders and ensure accurate staging and fulfillment.
