Job summary

Gulf Distributing Holdings Company LLC is seeking a Merchandising Manager to direct a merchandising team across assigned accounts, ensuring GDH product presentation and promotions meet company standards. You will coordinate with the Delivery department for sequencing, schedule the merchandising team efficiently, and train staff while maintaining meticulous documentation.

You will maintain route knowledge, manage pricing and displays, ensure proper POS usage, and support cooler and shelf resets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of industry-related experience, including 1 year in management.
• Knowledge of transportation management software (VIP or similar).
• Strong leadership, highly organized, detail oriented.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the Merchandising Team for Gulf Distributing Holdings.
• Coordinate with Delivery for daily sequencing, times, and loads.
• Schedule Merchandiser activities to maintain service levels.
• Train team members and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of all routes and cover shifts during absences.
• Ensure POS materials, pricing, and displays align with GDH standards.
• Monitor pricing parity and competitive activity, report to Manager.
