Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding with self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervision and training of associates.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; maintain sales floor per policies.
• Maintain facility safety; follow forklift and hazardous materials procedures.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing per company policies.
• Monitor product quality; rotations, dates, recalls, sanitation.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet timelines and quality.
• Oversee club pick up orders; ensure correct staging.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes with managers and partners.
• Demonstrate ethics and compliance in business processes.
