What You Will Learn

• How Lowe’s evaluates and supports product assortments to meet customer needs.
• The processes behind pricing strategy, product placement, and supplier engagement.
• How merchandising decisions are translated into operational execution across retail and digital.
• Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with teams in supply chain, marketing, and store operations.
• How data drives merchandising through sales trends, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Project ownership: contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance category performance or customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, merchandising, marketing, retail management, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Previous internship or relevant campus/leadership experience is a plus.
