Job summary

TJ Maxx in Minnesota is seeking an energetic team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an excellent customer experience. You will train Associates, manage backstock, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the store.

Applicants should be able to work nights and weekends, possess strong communication, and be able to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership exposure is desired.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Promote safety and uphold signage standards and store recovery standards.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
