Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Delivers excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles and backroom workflows.
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment; maintains signage standards.
• Codes and tags merchandise; coordinates with management for flow of goods to floor.
