Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of Merchandisers across a designated area. You will supervise daily activities, monitor route plans, and ensure customer service targets are met.

Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding new staff, managing budgets, and maintaining merchandising standards. Candidates should have relevant retail experience, forklift/PIT familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years of work experience.
• Two years supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer products or retail required.
• Intermediate computer applications skills.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience; PIT certification on hire.
• Valid driver's license and proof of business-use insurance.
• Must use personal vehicle for work with reimbursement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the merchandiser team; conduct meetings and set expectations.
• Review daily route plans; prioritize work to meet sales and service goals; fill in as merchandiser when needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition; support onboarding and equipment setup.
• Manage operating expenses and labor budgets; monitor timekeeping and overtime.
• Visit accounts to audit merchandising standards; perform product rotation checks.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure safety, proper equipment usage, and compliance with policies.
