Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of work experience required.
• Two years supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in consumer products or retail required.
• Intermediate computer application and technology skills.
• Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts; PIT certification required upon hire.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance; driving record must be clean.
• Personal vehicle used for work with reimbursement; proof of business insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the merchandising team through coaching and feedback; conducts team meetings.
• Review daily route plans and assignments to meet service levels; assist as Merchandiser when needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition; onboard and train staff; manage equipment setup.
• Manage operating expenses and labor budgets; monitor overtime and timekeeping.
• Visit customer accounts; conduct audits of merchandising standards and product rotation.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper equipment use; report unsafe conditions.
