Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a results-driven supervisor to coordinate sales and delivery teams on a full-time schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 5am start) and to drive productive, compliant operations.

You will train merchandisers, enforce merchandising standards, monitor performance with our systems, allocate work, and lead process improvements while upholding safety and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds with keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds” to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
