Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a full-time route merchandising associate in Michigan to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and outlets along assigned routes.

You will travel to accounts, use pallet jacks/hand trucks, and operate routing software to ensure compliance and efficient displays, while maintaining accurate backstock photos and reports. Must lift 25–50 lbs and have reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience required.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution by uploading photos of displays/backstock in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 12noon start time

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 Plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
