Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time role in the Lansing area, connecting with sales and delivery teams to boost productivity and uphold excellent customer service. You will train merchandisers daily, monitor performance, and ensure consistent use of company systems across routes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a high school diploma with extensive experience and leadership exposure; lifting up to 175 pounds is required for keg

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
