Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time merchandiser to service local routes from 6am, including weekends. You will stock, rotate and display products in grocery outlets, using pallet jacks and company systems for routing and account monitoring.

Requires 0–6 months of general work experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; a High School Diploma is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months plus of general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
