Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. in Berea, OH is seeking a full-time store associate to support daily store operations and customer service. You will assist with opening/closing, protect assets, and maintain store standards across stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain store areas to company standards (stockroom and sales floor).
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash.
