Youll focus on merchandising, processing freight, and daily store responsibilities with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and guest service. The role requires prior retail and management experience, solid communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team.
• Assist with freight flow and merchandise stocking per productivity standards.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain displays with sales items.
