You’ll focus on merchandising and freight processing, maintaining store standards, and ensuring safety and efficiency across operations. You will assist with opening/closing, stock control, and daily duties while upholding policy compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful customer interactions.
• Support the Store Manager with freight flow and merchandising.
• Plan and stock merchandise, including monthly Sales Planners.
