Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Assist with duties assigned by the Store Manager.
• Process receipt and return of merchandise and manage freight flow.
• Stock and merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective and implement monthly Sales Planners.
