Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is hiring a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Willowick, OH. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive merchandising, freight processing, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise associates, ensure safety and customer service standards, and help plan and execute monthly merchandise and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and stockroom to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandise to support sales.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and teamwork.
