Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow and merchandising duties.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain clips/panels with effective items.
