Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager at the Danville, IN location. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team, handling merchandising, and processing freight to ensure shelves are stocked and appealing.

You will manage freight flow, stock merchandise, and execute monthly planning while maintaining store standards and a positive, safe environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
