Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, opening/closing procedures, safeguarding assets, and ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment while coordinating stock flow and planograms with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain clean and presentable store areas.
• Process freight and stock flow to meet productivity standards.
